Kailis’ Fish Market Café has transformed the traditional fish and chippery as we know it. Relaunched in 2018, it now combines a raw bar, seafood bbq and – unusually for fishing harbour venues – sophisticated drinks list alongside the much-loved deep fryers. Diners settle into New York City deli-inspired interiors as seagulls caw from harbour pylons and moored fishing boats bob, just metres away.
