Terms and Conditions


  1. “Gift Card” includes an eGift Card or a physical Gift Card.
  2. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
  3. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  4. Kailis Hospitality Group (“KHG”) Gift cards do not have an expiry date.
  5. Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the venue for which they were purchased.
  6. Gift Cards must be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
  7. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or refunded. No change is given and any balance can only be used in whole or part against future transactions at the venue.
  8. Gift Cards cannot be re-sold or bartered for cash.
  9. You can only purchase one Gift Card per transaction.
  10. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or used for payment at non-participating venues or retailers.
  11. If your purchase exceeds available balance on card, you must make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
  12. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
  13. You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification, KHG may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.
  14. Please contact our team if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your card.


  1. You can choose any amount to load on your Gift Card, from $20 to $1000.


  1. Physical Gift Cards can be posted by Express Post with a flat fee of $10.00 or collected from the venue via ‘click & collect’.
  2. KHG utilises Australia Post’s Express Post postage services. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping time usually takes 1-2 business days for express delivery.
  3. Click and Collect is available. Our venue location details are as follows:
    • Kailis’ Fish Market CafÉ, 46 Mews Road, Fishing Boat Harbour WA 6160
    • Island Market + Canteen, 364 West Coast Drive, Trigg WA 6029
    • The Shorehouse, 278 Marine Parade, Swanbourne WA 6010
  4. Orders placed by noon daily are available for pickup from 11:00AM on the next business day. If an order is placed after noon, the order will be delayed to the subsequent business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be available for collection on the following Monday from 2:00PM.


  1. eGift Cards are delivered directly to an email address.
  2. eGift Cards may take up to 48 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase.


  1. Gift Card transactions are processed via a secure banking partner (Westpac). KHG does not have access to the full credit card number.
  2. A surcharge may be applied for online card payments.


  1. Please choose carefully. We offer refunds on goods which are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased or do not perform as advertised. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
