As the Venue Manager of Island Market, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the restaurant. You'll lead a team of dedicated staff, uphold our high standards of service, and contribute to the continued success of our hospitality group.

We're looking for an experienced manager to join us on a full-time basis, ahead of summer. You will work a maximum of 2 evening shifts per week during the summer months, and one weekend day, with less evening work over winter. In this role you will report directly to the Venue Manager and be responsible for leading and guiding a strong team of up to 35 staff. Please note this is a “hands on role” and will require on-the-floor shift work and management for the majority of the working week.
